All doors replaced in July 2024 (interior doors in rooms and bathroom in white, exterior doors in dark brown with a solid anti-burglary lock). The staircase is neat and well-maintained. The building has active surveillance. The immediate vicinity of the property includes numerous shops, the "OMNI MOLO" shopping center, IKEA, universities (including the Pomeranian Medical University), and the Pomorzany Hospital. Public transportation is very close (bus line on Mieszka I Street and tram line on Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street). Only 300 meters to the SKM station, currently under construction in Szczecin.
