In Łaniewo, about 5 km east of Goleniów, close to Zdżary and about 8 km from the Szczecin Lagoon, a building plot in the second line of development. Access by a paved road. No local spatial development plan. New detached houses all around. The shape of a regular rectangle. Agricultural land for RVs. Electricity, water, water, sewage and gas are available at the plot, about 30 m away. Development conditions for single-family detached houses have been issued for the neighbouring plots. The length of the plot is about 56 m, width is about 40 m. The village of Łaniewo has few inhabitants, in 2000 there were 60 people, it is located on the edge of the meadows of the Lower Odra Valley and near pine forests. The oldest traces of settlement date back to the Neolithic period. There are several monuments in the village – half-timbered houses.
