Dziwnów is the most beautifully situated town on the Baltic Sea. It is surrounded by the Baltic Sea from the north, the Wrzosowski Lagoon from the south, and the Dziwna River meanders beautifully through the city. It’s called that for a reason. Sometimes it flows one way and sometimes the other. Dziwnów is surrounded by water on all sides. It has some of the most beautiful beaches on the Polish coast. Wide, sandy and safe. Water sports, kilometers of bicycle paths, jogging routes, sports halls, tennis courts, etc., etc., it’s all here. Moreover, within a dozen or so kilometers there are legendary Baltic cities such as Świnoujście, Międzyzdroje, Niechorze, Kołobrzeg, and a little to the south, not the seaside but equally beautiful, historic Kamień Pomorski. And if you want to visit our western neighbors, you can visit Ahlbeck or Heringsdorf. Beautiful 19th century holiday resorts where time stands still.
