A plot of land with an area of approximately 3,000 m2 located in the town of Lubczyna. Conditions for connection to the power grid have been issued for the plot. For the area where the plot is located, there are no provisions of the local spatial development plan for the commune of Goleniów. The current Study of the Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development provides for tourist services with housing in this area.
