We are presenting for sale a ready-made and thriving business : three summer cottages located in a charming part of Trzęsacz , offering guests peace and relaxation, even though the beach is only 600 meters away . Each of the three cottages is 58 square meters (35 square meters downstairs and 23 square meters upstairs) and can accommodate 5 to 7 people (1 double bed, 3 single beds, and 1 double sofa bed in the living room). The bathrooms include showers, sinks, and toilets, while the kitchen features a functional kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob, and sink.

The cottages, built in 2023, are set on reinforced concrete foundation slabs equipped with reinforcing beams. The exterior and interior walls are wooden, with 20cm mineral wool filling between them, providing excellent insulation against both temperature (there’s no need for heating) and noise. The roof is made of tile-like sheet metal, PVC windows, and wooden winder stairs. Terraces and a driveway are made of cobblestones, with parking for three cars.

Currently, the water comes from a well and has passed quality tests. However, the municipal water supply system has already been installed and is awaiting the signing of a supply agreement with the Rewal municipality. The well will remain as a low-cost alternative and a backup in the event of a supply failure.

Hot water comes from an electric heater with a tank located in each house (in the bathroom).

The sewage system is provided by a sealed, certified septic tank with a capacity of 10 m³ and a sensor that remotely notifies the user when it needs emptying. A single trip by a 6 m³ cesspool truck costs PLN 250. It’s worth noting that waste collection does not require the owner’s presence, as the connection point is located in front of the property.

Electricity is supplied at the regular household tariff.

An anti-burglary system was installed – contract with a company from Gryfice 150/month.

The cottages have a connection to public television (Freeview).
