Separate premises with entrance directly from the street, with an area of 325 m2, located on the ground floor of an office building in the center of Szczecin in a modern class A office building, adapted for the disabled. The premises have wide shop windows, as well as opening windows. The building has a column structure, and individual rooms are separated by internal walls made of plasterboard or glass, which allows for the free division of the entire offered area of the premises in the most convenient way for the tenant.
