The house is located on the very shore of Lake Morzycko in the town of Gądno (Gryfino County, Moryń Commune). Lake Morzycko, also known as Moryńskie, is the deepest in Western Pomerania and the ninth deepest in Poland. The maximum depth is 60 m, the area is 342.7 ha, and the length of the shoreline is 12 km. There are many species of fish in the lake, such as pike, perch, tench, eel and roach. Lake Morzyckie is characterized by clean and clear water, which classifies it as a vendace lake.
In nearby Moryń there are shops – Biedronka (2.7 km), Dino (2.9 km), petrol station, kindergarten and school, church, pharmacy, restaurants, post office. Located in the buffer zone of Cedyński Landscape Park, the commune offers beautiful areas for lovers of nature, hiking and cycling (including the R20 bicycle route with a bridge in Siekierki).
