Plot of land with an area of 875 m2 located in Łunowo, part of the city of Świnoujście, part of the Przytór-Łunowo Housing Estate; a former village on Wolin Island (Przytorski Peninsula), located 6 km north-east of the Świnoujście Warszów ferry crossing. In the south of the Łunowo district, on the other bank of the Wielka Struga canal, and in the east the border of the Wolin National Park enclave. A Local Spatial Development Plan has been developed for the plot. In terms of development and land development, the following provisions are made: – max. building area index 30%, – min. biologically active area index 50%, – max. height up to 2 storeys 9.5 m, – free-standing development, – double or multi-pitched roofs. The plot has a rectangular shape with dimensions of approx. 20 mx 45 m. All media are municipal in the main road approx. 50 m from the plot boundary. Two marked tourist trails run through the district: red tourist trail E9 Dr. Czesław Piskorski Seaside Trail (Świnoujście→ Międzyzdroje) blue bicycle trail Blue Bicycle Trail Around the Szczecin Lagoon (Świnoujście→ Międzyzdroje) 2.5 km to the east-northeast, on Lake Wicko Wielkie (Szczecin Lagoon bay) marina of the Youth Culture Center in Świnoujście. 2.7 km to the east-northeast (0.2 km behind the marina) natural monument of about 500-year-old "Vikingów" oak, with a circumference of 650 cm. 3.0 km to the north-east, by national road no. 3, near the border of the counties – "Elżbieta" fir, with a circumference of 275 cm3
