COOPERATIVE OWNERSHIP RIGHT TO A RESIDENTIAL PREMISES – POSSIBILITY OF PURCHASING AN APARTMENT BY NON-EU CITIZENS.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, right next to the center, with excellent access to public transport (tram stop 200m), railway/bus station – 700m and Port Gate – 1000m. The location allows you to quickly move around the city center and at the same time relax after work in the apartment (the windows overlook the yard, not the street).
The apartment underwent a general renovation a few years ago – the electrical installation was replaced (including power supply to the kitchen to be able to install an induction hob in the future), water and sewage systems in the apartment, and new triple-glazed PVC windows were installed. The walls in the apartment are smoothed and painted.
The living room is the main part of the apartment, from where you enter a smaller room through a sliding glass door, which can be a bedroom or a child’s room.
