The guesthouse has been operating since mid-July 2023, as soon as the finishing works were completed. Customer acquisition was limited to offers via the Booking platform.
Despite this, since it began operating, the facility has enjoyed full occupancy, excluding individual days for cleaning – which was solely due to the facility management logistics adopted by the owner.
The cottages enjoyed great interest, and the guests who stayed in them praised their stay in terms of the conditions and atmosphere provided by the facility.
