Heating and hot water from the municipal network, PVC windows.

FEES:
* PLN 1,400 monthly rent for the owner,’
* PLN 430 monthly rent to the community,
* additional consumption of cold and hot water, which is not included in the rent,
* electric energy usage,
* gas consumption for cooking meals

DEPOSIT:
* PLN 2,000

The apartment is available immediately for a longer period of time, minimum 12 months. Non-smoking, no pets, no students, no children.
