A western bypass of Szczecin is planned in the area. According to the plans, it will run in the vicinity of Dobra and will not affect the tranquility of the Beech area and the complex of building plots.

– The plots are included in the Local Land Use Plan, which stipulates:
(a) no possibility of multi-family construction,
b) construction of a single-family nature (detached houses, semi-detached houses, row houses),
c) the height of the development is a maximum of 2 stories with a high usable roof,
d) roof pitch angle from 33-50 degrees,
e) the possibility of building up to 50% of the plot area,
f) unpaved green area is min. 25% of the plot area,
– plots of land unarmed.
– There is a possibility to connect gas, electricity, water supply and sewage system (they are designed and planned on the map),

– Die Grundstücke sind im lokalen Entwicklungsplan enthalten, der Folgendes vorsieht:
(a) keine Möglichkeit für den Bau von Mehrfamilienhäusern,

c) die Höhe der Bebauung beträgt maximal 2 Stockwerke mit einem hohen nutzbaren Dach,
d) Dachneigung von 33-50 Grad,

f) die unbefestigte Grünfläche beträgt min. 25% der Grundstücksfläche,
