Location:
– 3 km from Dobra and full urban infrastructure (shops, clinics, kindergartens, sensory path)
– 16 km from the very center of Szczecin (20 min. drive),
– 6 km from the border crossing in Lubiszyn (7 min.),
– 11 km from Penkun and the entrance to motorway no. 11 in Germany,

There is a bicycle path right next to the complex, which can take you to nearby towns, to Szczecin, as well as to Germany through a picturesque forest.
The construction of the western bypass of Szczecin is planned in the area. According to the plans, it will run in the area of Dobra and will not affect the peace of the area of Buk and the complex of building plots.

Available plots:
– Building plots of various sizes are available – from 800 m2 to 1450 m2 – choose a plot with the perfect size for you (see photos).
– The plots are covered by the Local Spatial Development Plan, which assumes:
a) no possibility of multi-family construction,
b) single-family construction (single-family houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses),
c) the building height is a maximum of 2 storeys with a high usable roof,
d) roof angle of 33-50 degrees,
e) possibility of building up to 50% of the plot area,
f) unpaved green area is at least 25% of the plot area,

– undeveloped plots.
– There is a possibility of connecting gas, electricity, water and sewage systems (they are designed and planned on the map),

It is possible to purchase individual plots or the entire complex.

PLN 5,000 should be added to the price of the plot for the purchase of shares in internal roads.
