The subject of the offer is a plot of land located
on Zuzanna Street in Goleniów

located west of roads no. 3 and 6, on the edge of the Goleniowska Forest,
by the road leading to Żżary

Specific conditions:
– free-standing buildings, max. two-story (ground floor + usable or non-usable attic),
– valid building line – 6 m from the internal road, ul. Susanna.
– building area min. 92 m2,
– roof inclination angle 30-45 degrees,
– height of the main ridge – 8.5 m,
– width of the front façade 15 m with a tolerance of up to 20%.

It has been established for all plots in the estate
contractual method of management and development of common property –
