The subject of the offer is a plot of land located
on Zuzanna Street in Goleniów

west of roads no. 3 and 6, on the edge of the Goleniowska Forest,
on the road leading to Żdżary

A decision on development conditions was issued for the plot
for single-family residential buildings with technical infrastructure.

Specific conditions:
– detached buildings, max. two-story (ground floor + attic or unused attic),
– applicable building line – 6 m from the internal road ul. Susanna.
– building area min. 87.4 m2,
– roof inclination angle 30-45 degrees,
– height of the main ridge – 8.5 m,
– width of the front elevation 15 m with a tolerance of up to 20%.

ATTENTION:
It has been established for all plots in the estate
contractual method of management and development of common property –
i.e. internal road and construction of connections in accordance with the agreement with GWiK,
which means that all owners of 8 plots participate.

Zuzanna Street is a plot of land in which each owner will have a share of up to 1/8, purchasing it for an additional PLN 123.
