5) principles of consolidation and division of real estate:
a) minimum area of the designated plot – 1100 m²,
b) minimum width of the front of the designated plot – 20.0 m,
c) internal boundaries of the separated plots according to the principle specified in the plan drawing with a permissible tolerance of ±50;
