We present an undeveloped plot of land, very nicely located, near the forest, in Warnołęka. Warnołęka is a small town located on the Szczecin Lagoon, in the Wkrzańska Forest, approx. 5 km from Nowe Warpno and approx. 40 km from Szczecin, with very good access. The red bicycle trail "Wkrzańska Forest Trail" runs through the village. There is no valid spatial development plan for the Nowe Warpno commune for the area of the property being sold, however, due to the immediate vicinity of the buildings, access to the road and utilities (electricity and water), a decision on development conditions can be applied for . The plot is flat, soil quality class – R-VI. In Nowy Warpno, approximately 5 km away, there are: a school, a clinic, a bank, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a yacht and fishing marina, and a beach.
