The subject of the sale is the purchase of an enterprise (limited liability company) which is the tenant of 50 ha of land until 2048. The property covers an area of 26 ha and is fenced and the area is monitored. Blueberries grow on an area of 7 ha, the remaining area is prepared for other crops. A 1,350 m long electric cable with two poles and a 15 kV transformer was connected to the plot. There is a complete documentation package with a project for carrying out the works, permits and files for connections to the ENEA network. Two deep wells and a pumping station with a drip irrigation and fertigation system on a plot of 7 ha are connected to the pool. The installation of the pumping and irrigation system is built taking into account the future prospects of planting subsequent stages. There is a storage and office container on site.
