The plot is located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Kalisz Pomorski at ul. Koszalińska at a distance of 500 m from the center. It is situated on a hill in a picturesque part of the city and surrounded by green areas. The plot adjoins directly to the forest, and there is about 250 m to Lake Młyńskie. The area is covered by a local spatial development plan in which it is allowed to build detached single-family houses with a complementary function for locating rooms related to a workplace with an area of 30% total housing. Currently, the commune will equip the area with utilities, the planned completion date is 2020.
