In the Drawsko Lake District, far from the buildings bordering the reserve, this house was built, among other things, using original wooden logs from a highlander's house. The other materials used are the quintessence of ecology. The land area is 6.3496 hectares. The building is located away from the (asphalt) road and has paved access. The plot borders a strict nature reserve, ensuring no immediate proximity to other buildings. The house was built using both wooden logs (Tatra spruce) from the late 19th century, taken from the original highlander's house, and new materials such as spruce boards, larch wood, and new brick. All windows are made of larch wood. The wooden floors are unvarnished. It is 3 km from a clean lake. Additionally, two new brick outbuildings, each with a usable area of 140 m² and 140 m² of usable space (basements and attics), are being constructed. One can serve as a three-car garage (open space plus attic), and the other can be used as a hotel building for agritourism. It includes four rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, with an opening for a circular staircase to the first floor. Both buildings have basements. ZERO LEVEL: built from new materials (25 cm Porotherm, insulated with 10 cm Styrofoam with historical elements (15 cm split stone cladding). The 36 m2 kitchen with dining room has a large wooden table and a bread oven with built-in furniture and modern household appliances (fridge, 4-burner gas stove, oven, sink, dishwasher). In addition, there is a 5.02 m2 bathroom with a window in glazed and terracotta tiles with elements of decorative, new brick. 3 utility rooms. FIRST FLOOR: built almost entirely from elements from a relocated highlander's house. Logs made of Tatra spruce wood, spruce floor, original ceiling boards, larch windows. The living room has an area of 30.13 m2, with a working cast-iron fireplace, new stone clad, bedroom 22.94 m2, additional bathroom 5.31 m2, with a window in glazed and terracotta tiles, and a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet together. The bedroom has access to the balcony. ATTIC: Built with new materials, it comprises 3 rooms (19.33 m2, 13.58 m2, and 11.67 m2), a hallway (18.91 m2) + a 4.03 m2 study that can be used as a dressing room, and a 5.29 m2 bathroom with a shower and window. The rooms have new spruce boards, and larch windows and ceilings. ATTIC: The ceiling above the attic is insulated with mineral wool. The roof is fully boarded and covered with roofing felt, with stainless steel valleys and double wooden spruce shingles. Water is supplied from the municipal water supply from a mineral water source and a deep well on the property. Electricity (5 x 20 cable strength) is supplied without junction boxes; all copper cables run directly to the distribution box.
